The Vision
The Sanctuary Café was established in response to a call from God to provide a Christian Café, bookshop and events centre, at the heart of the village of Lymm. Prayer undergirds all aspects of the Café; it is staffed by Christian managers and volunteers, largely from local churches.
The Café’s purpose is to provide a place both of sanctuary and give an opportunity to serve the local community and share Jesus with others in word and deed. There is outward evidence of this ethos in the décor, publicity, and the special events for outreach and discipleship arranged by the Café.
The vision is for the Café to be at the heart of Community, serving others, sharing the love of Jesus and growing the Kingdom of God.
